This License Agreement explains how and why Shadcn Space provides UI blocks, components, and templates. It also describes how we protect your privacy and outlines your rights under applicable data protection laws.
When you buy, download, or use any templates, blocks, components or any related UI materials from Shadcn Space.com, you agree to this License Agreement. This document provides a summary of rights, use, restrictions, and liabilities regarding the products acquired from ShadcnSpace.com.
Free License

Our UI materials are free to use.
You are free to use these components and templates in personal projects, commercial projects, and client work. You can also share or distribute them if needed.
What You Are Allowed To Do
You Can:
- Download and use the templates or components
- Copy the code
- Change or edit it for your needs
- Share it with others
- Use it in personal or commercial projects
- Sell projects that are built using this code
You do not need special permission for any of the above.
Important Note (Please Be Fair)
You must not:
- Scam anyone using the Shadcn Space name
- Pretend the components are your original product
- Use the Shadcn Space brand, logo, or name as your own
- Misuse or misrepresent Shadcn Space intellectual property
Use the code freely, but don't misuse the identity.
Login Optional
Logging in is not required to use Shadcn Space components.
You can use all templates and components without sharing any personal details.
In some cases, we may ask you to log in only if you want to download files directly from the website. This is done just to manage downloads and access.
- We do not collect personal information to allow usage
- Login does not affect your license or usage rights
- You can still use components for personal and commercial projects
Your freedom to use Shadcn Space stays the same, with or without login

No Warranty
This software is provided “as is”
That means:
- No guarantees
- No promise that everything will work perfectly
You use it at your own risk.
Shadcn Space is not responsible for:
- Bugs

- Any damage caused by using this software
Starter License (Monthly)
License grant
Upon purchase of a valid monthly Starter subscription, Shadcn Space grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to a single authorized user.
License scope
- Valid for one individual user
- Permitted for unlimited personal, commercial, and client projects
- Access to current and upcoming resources (blocks) is granted only during the active subscription period
- Upon expiration or cancellation, only free components, blocks and templates are accessible
- You still can use the pro blocks you have used during your subscription period
You can upgrade to Starter Lifetime / Pro Lifetime or Teams Lifetime anytime
Starter License (Lifetime)
License grant
Upon full payment of the applicable one-time fee, Shadcn Space grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to a single authorized user.
License scope
- Valid for one individual user
- Permitted for unlimited personal, commercial, and client projects
- Perpetual access to covered resources (blocks) and related updates
No recurring payments are required under this license. You can upgrade to Pro & Team anytime.
Pro License (Lifetime)
License grant
Upon full payment, Shadcn Space grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to a single authorized user.
License scope
- Valid for one individual user
- Permitted for unlimited personal, commercial, and client projects
- Perpetual access to Pro templates, Pro resources (Blocks), and associated design assets covered under this plan
- Access to Pro Figma File (Downloadable Zip of Fig file)
No recurring payments are required under this license. You can upgrade to Team anytime.
Team license (Lifetime)
License grant
Upon full payment, Shadcn Space grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within a single organization.
License scope
- Valid for up to fifteen (15) authorized users within the purchasing organization
- Permitted for unlimited internal, commercial, and client projects
- Perpetual access to covered resources mentioned in the Pro License and updates
The Team License may not be used to provide access to individuals outside the licensed organization.
General restrictions (paid licenses)
For all paid licenses (Starter, Pro, Team), you shall not
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the resources (Blocks, Templates and Components) as standalone products
- Share paid resources beyond the permitted user limit
- Publish paid resources publicly in a way that allows third-party extraction
- Claim ownership of Shadcn Space branding or intellectual property
All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Shadcn Space.
Termination
Shadcn Space reserves the right to terminate this license if you breach any material term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease unauthorized use of the resources.
